service to self, service to others, service to us, advanced energy healingService to Self must be in combination with Service to Others as Service to Others alone will not bring the collective consciousness together. We are creating and introducing a new concept for humanity to consider for the well-being of all – Service to Us! The key to “Service to Us” is in recognizing that you are offering to yourself and the other party at the same time. [Scroll down to keep reading about this fascinating concept.]

While writing this blog we stumbled upon some interesting facts while looking up Google AdWords to SEO* this article and had to share them because it illustrates how society is looking at these concepts and awareness in our lives.
Google Keyword Phrase and AdWords Value as of 1/8/2018
Service to Other = 5,400
Service to Self = 90
Service to Us = 0
A person need not understand what SEO* or AdWords means to understand why we posted this internet data. What is important is that “Service to Others” is being searched for 5,400 times per month at the time of this writing, but Service to Us is not a grouping of words people are looking for yet to gather information about how to be in “service”.
*Search Engine Optimization
This is fascinating that people are looking to volunteer or give services (time and energy) to others, versus the idea of giving service to self. When we consider the words “service to self” many times we feel they are collectively vain, selfish or greedy when in fact that may not be true. When we are exploring service to self, we are really talking about nurturing and taking care of oneself. When we take care of our self, and our body feels full and our needs are met, we have much more time and energy to support the concept of service to others.

What we propose here is to bring in the concepts of Service to Us, which means “I take care of me at the same time I take care of you” and “You take care of you, while you take care of me”. These concepts are not mutually exclusive. Let’s give a short example of this:

Annie’s 5-year-old son wanted her attention when she had an appointment with Ashley to write this blog. We agreed that we could all get our needs met by playing a game of bingo over video conference and after he won the game, he felt his needs were met, was content to play independently. This was accomplished while Annie called the numbers and set up a document on her computer and Ashley researched SEO numbers.

Multitasking is not a requirement, but it did help to meet everyone’s needs in that moment. Some people have multitasking as a skill and is something that all people can do without creating overwhelm in the brain and nervous system. Mother’s tend to watch their children while cooking dinner, and an example of a mother multitasking might mean that she sets them up with a fun activity near her in the kitchen while she preps and cooks the evening meal.

7 Ideas On How You Can Be In “Service to Us”

  • Go to the spa and bring a friend with you
  • Give bath time and clean the bathroom at the same time
  • Be at the beach and bring a trash bag to clean up litter in your area before leaving
  • Volunteer at a soup kitchen while grabbing lunch with the community
  • Learn carpentry skills while volunteering with Habitat for Humanity
  • During daily meditation, invite your kids or family members to join you in a group meditation
  • Taking kids on a longer walk to a neighborhood park to get exercise for yourself

You can get your needs met while you meet the needs of others. It does require you to think through the win-win situation, but after a while, you will figure out how to do it all and have enough time of the day to sleep and rest.

When we move back in to the awareness of Service to Us, our perspective changes and adjusts to meeting everyone’s needs, easily and effortlessly with flow and grace.
